How billing works.
No surprises — here's exactly what happens.
No charge for 60 days
Start a 60-day free trial. A card is required to begin (handled securely by Paddle) but you're not billed until day 61, and you can cancel anytime before then from your dashboard.
We never touch your sales
You pay one flat subscription — we take 0% of what your diners spend. Card processing goes through your own Square account at your own rates; that money lands in your bank, not ours.
Billed by Paddle, our reseller
Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, so VAT and receipts are handled correctly. PosGPT is operated by Dev Dutt Choudhary — see our Terms, Privacy Notice and Refund Policy.

What do I get for £49/month?
The complete product for one outlet — everything listed above: till, kitchen display, floor plan, menu & allergens, payments (Square card + Pay-by-QR + cash), online ordering, reservations, inventory, full reports incl. VAT and tronc, API + webhooks, GDPR tools, and unlimited staff. There is no higher tier that unlocks features.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. We charge a flat monthly (or annual) subscription. You keep 100% of what your diners pay, minus Square's standard card-processing fee — which goes to Square, not us.
How does annual billing save money?
Pay annually and you get 2 months free — about 17% off. That's £392/year with the LAUNCH20 code, or £490/year at the standard rate, versus paying monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before day 60 of the trial and you're never charged. After that, cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your current paid period. See our Refund Policy.
Is VAT included in the price?
The price is shown excluding VAT. Any applicable UK VAT is added and shown clearly at checkout by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who also issues your VAT invoice.
What hardware do I need?
Just a device you already own — any iPad, Android tablet, laptop or phone with a modern browser. Optionally any ESC/POS thermal printer and cash drawer. No proprietary hardware, no hardware contract.
